How do you approach something so unpredictable, with confidence? In this 2-hour workshop we empower you with how and why to relax, practice a variety of rhythm techniques with (or without) your support person, practice massage and visualization techniques, and consider examples of ritual practices. Come ready in comfortable clothing!

NOURISHING & NURTURING: BREASTFEEDING ESSENTIALS
2-hour workshop
Providing the nourishment your baby needs is one of the most important things you will do in the first days and weeks after the birth of your baby. This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the essentials to prepare you for all that breastfeeding entails - from positioning and latch, to understanding how to tell if your baby is receiving what she needs!
